Three laps of 2.5 kilometers through the atmospheric heart of Middelburg. Everyone runs for the individual classification. In addition, your performance can count toward a team classification.
There is an overall classification and separate classifications for the age categories seniors (up to 35 years), 35+, 45+, 55+ and 65+, both men and women. You can compete as a team. There are two classifications, men's teams and women's teams. Mixed teams count for the men's team standings.
