From Friday, May 2 through Saturday, June 28, 2025, GalerieGerritse is exhibiting works by Toon van Daalen and Martine de Vos.
On Sunday, May 4, at 2 p.m., the exhibition will open.
Toon van Daalen tries to capture the seemingly mundane in a special way in his photography. In doing so, Toon has a preference for abstraction. He also sees the camera not as an object that by definition must be held still, but as a photographic brush with which, precisely through movement, other images can be created.
Martine de Vos designs contemporary jewelry out of a fascination for the interaction between nature, architecture and science. Using non-conventional materials and techniques, she elaborates her own concept into sleek and minimalist forms.
